A CARICOM Special Visa will be in effect from 01 February 2007 to 15 May 2007 for entry into Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago; The list of countries exempted is as follows
CARICOM Member States and Associate States with the exception of Haiti Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands.
